1 Introduction

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To open an account on 9kup, you must complete the registration process by providing the required personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian phone number where applicable.

4.1 KYC Documentation Requirements

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, or upon reaching specified deposit thresholds, 9kup will require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian National Identity Card / MyKad, passport)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of your Maybank, CIMB, or Touch 'n Go eWallet account showing your name)

4.2 Account Security

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes for verified accounts using DuitNow or FPX during standard Malaysian banking hours. During peak periods, processing may take up to 24 hours. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. 9kup reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

9kup is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit where technically possible. 9kup may request additional documentation if any transaction is flagged by our compliance systems as requiring further review.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

9kup offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement which must be satisfied in full before bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is clearly stated in that promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires a total of RM2,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus may be withdrawn.
• Only one promotional bonus may be active at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise by 9kup.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• 9kup reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any bonus claimed in bad faith or through exploitation of a technical error may be voided.
• Birthday bonuses under the 9kup loyalty programme are subject to the player's verified date of birth on file and their current tier status at the time of the bonus period.
• Referral bonuses are awarded only when the referred friend completes registration, passes KYC verification, and makes a qualifying first deposit. Both the referring player and the referred player must have separate, verified accounts.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the 9kup Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules supplement these general rules and are accessible within the relevant product area of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the 9kup system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after confirmation, except where a cash-out feature is explicitly available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.
• 9kup reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known to the Player at the time of placing the bet.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or incorrect odds displayed due to a manifest error, 9kup reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to individual bets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may vary by sport, market, and player account status.
• For Mix Parlay (combination/accumulator) bets — popular among Malaysian football bettors following EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and other competitions — standard accumulator rules apply. If one selection is void, the parlay is recalculated as if that selection were not included.
• 9kup's settlement decisions are final. All results are settled in accordance with official results from recognised governing bodies for each respective sport or event.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9kup Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using an account registered in another person's name
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are located in a Restricted Jurisdiction
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordination with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by 9kup
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment instruments
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 9kup staff or other players through any communication channel
• Any conduct that 9kup, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its players

9 Responsible Gambling

10 Account Suspension & Closure

9kup reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• 9kup has reason to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or use of the Platform for unlawful purposes
• The Player has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• The Player's account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months
• 9kup is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or an order of a competent authority

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Accounts closed at a player's request may be subject to a cooling-off period before reactivation.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 9kup Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall platform design and architecture, is the exclusive intellectual property of 9kup or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 12 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity conducted on the Platform
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Any delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Malaysian banking institutions or e-wallet operators

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

13 Amendments to These Terms

9kup reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration procedures. All proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 9kup from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
